What a real firm pays

How much does RosterSafe cost for 20 providers?

Monthly and annual cost for a firm with 20 active providers
Monthly20 × $25 = $500 per month ($6,000 per year)
Annual$5,000 per year, which is $1,000 less than paying monthly

Prices in USD. You are billed on active providers, so the number moves when your roster does. Adding providers mid-period is charged prorated; removing them frees the slot for the rest of the period rather than issuing a refund.

What you get

Both plans run the same product. The paid plan is not a different feature set, it is the same one at a size a firm can actually use, so this table is short on purpose.

What is the difference between the free and paid plans?

That is the summary. The full feature list goes through every one of them with the actual rules, limits and counts.

What everyone else charges

The honest answer is that mostly nobody will tell you. Every serious competitor in this category is quote-only, so I cannot put their numbers in a table, and I am not going to invent them. What I can tell you is who publishes a price and who does not.

Outsourced credentialing service$150 to $500 per providerVaries widelySometimesDeletes the task entirely, and the control with it

For scale rather than as a quote: published 2026 surveys of credentialing software put the category broadly between $30 and $150 per provider per month, with enterprise platforms well above that. RosterSafe is $25. The cheaper things on the market are generic date trackers that cannot see a payer enrollment at all. See the full comparison against Modio, including where Modio is ahead.

Pricing questions

Why is there a $100 monthly minimum?
The paid plan starts at a minimum quantity of 4 providers, so the smallest paid bill is $100 per month. Above 4 providers the floor stops mattering and you pay $25 per active provider. Below it, a firm that small is usually better served by an outsourced credentialing service than by a tool, and I would rather say so than sell you something that does not fit.
What counts as an active provider?
A provider on your roster that RosterSafe is actively tracking deadlines for. The count is reconciled against your roster nightly, so the number you are billed for follows your actual book rather than a seat license you bought once and forgot.
What happens when I add or remove a provider mid-month?
Adding a provider is charged prorated for the rest of the period, so you pay for the days you use. Removing one does not produce a refund and does not lower your bill mid-period; the slot stays paid for until the period ends, which means you can put a different provider into it at no extra cost. The reduction is applied at your next renewal.
Is the free test drive really free forever?
Yes. One provider, with no card required and no trial clock counting down at you. It is a test drive rather than a smaller product: it exists so you can watch real alerts fire against a real provider before you decide anything. One provider will not hold your book, and I am not going to pretend otherwise, but it will tell you whether the alerts do what I say they do.
Do I have to sign a contract or talk to sales?
No. You can sign up, import a roster, and pay by card without speaking to anyone. There is no annual lock-in on the monthly plan, no auto-renewal trap, and canceling does not require an email to support.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual is billed at 10 times the monthly rate rather than 12, so two months are free. That is $250 per provider per year with a $1,000 per year floor. The per-provider rate and the feature set are otherwise identical.
Does everyone pay the same price?
Yes. There is no negotiated rate and no enterprise tier with a different number on it. The price on this page is the price every customer pays, which is what makes it something you can budget and re-bill to your own clients at a known margin.
