What happens after you write

  1. You get a reply within 24 hours, from me, not from a ticket queue or an autoresponder that promises one later.
  2. I answer the actual question. If you have told me what you manage and what you track it in now, the first reply is a straight answer rather than a round of questions back.
  3. I help you get a real roster in. Send a CSV export and I will tell you exactly how to map the columns. Providers can be enriched by NPI from the free NPPES registry, so you do not need every field filled in to see something real.
  4. I tell you if it is a bad fit. If you need clinical privileging, primary source verification, or somebody to do the credentialing work for you, I do not build any of that, and there are products that do.

Anything you send is used to answer your question and nothing else. No roster you email is uploaded to a production account, and I will delete the attachment on request.

Do I have to talk to anyone to use RosterSafe?
No. You can sign up, import a roster, and pay by card without speaking to a human, and the price is published so there is nothing to negotiate. Email is here if you want an answer first, not as a gate you have to pass.
How quickly will you reply?
Within 24 hours. It is a small team, so the person replying is the person who builds it, and you will not be handed to anyone else afterwards.
Will you help me get my roster in?
Yes. Email me a CSV export from your spreadsheet or your current tool, along with anything odd about how it is laid out, and I will work through the column mapping with you and send back exactly what to do.
What should I put in the email?
However much or little you like. Roughly how many providers and client practices you handle, what you track them in today, and what went wrong most recently is enough for me to give you a useful answer rather than a round of questions back.
